1. Answers all incoming customer inquiries and requests and transfers matter when appropriate.
2. Enters appropriate and precise information to patient accounts.
3. Escalates customer concerns when necessary to obtain a resolution.
4. Reaches out to customers providers and other entities.
5. Provides verbal and written directions to customers.
6. Identifies and assesses patient needs and provides resources.
7. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
