Service Representative Primary Care
Schedule: Days; M-F w/ occasional Saturday
Rotation: Will occasionally float to other sites nearby as needed
Location: Elmwood IL (Outpatient)
About the Role
What Youll do
Greeting Patients: Welcome and assist patients as they enter the physician practice. Your warm and friendly demeanor sets a positive tone for their visit.
Phone Management: Answer office phones professionally and assist callers by scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.
Patient Registration: Efficiently check in patients collect accurate demographic information input data into the electronic system and verify insurance details to ensure the patients records are up to date.
Check-Out Assistance: Assist patients during the check-out process provide guidance on referral processing and assist with scheduling future appointments.
What Youll Need
Minimum Education:
GED or High School level of education required.
Associates degree preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one (1) year of work history required.
Experience in general administration business healthcare or a related field is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $18.00- $24.44 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience qualifications education location licensure certification requirements and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
