Job Summary
Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Representative to join their team based in Claremont Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships providing excellent customer service supporting sales activities and managing regular client visits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 23 years experience in customer service sales support account management or client relationship management with strong administrative and organisational skills excellent communication abilities and the ability to work independently. A valid Code B drivers license own reliable vehicle and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience within the upholstery interior decorating furniture manufacturing home décor fabric or textile soft furnishings or retail furnishings industries will be highly advantageous.

- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum 23 years experience in a customer service sales support account management or client relationship role.
- Previous experience visiting clients and maintaining business relationships.
- Valid Code B drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily client visit schedule.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Maintain a well-presented and customer-focused image.
