Description

As a Service & Repair Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell you will be accountable for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service and repair operations maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be key in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

In this role you will have a direct impact on the success of our organization by delivering high-quality service and repair solutions to our customers. You will be accountable for troubleshooting repairing and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service and repair operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • - 1st shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday
  • - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • - Configure and deploy customers handheld products
  • - Actively participate in all aspects of the Configuration and Deployment department as required
  • - Support continuous improvement initiatives in the lab including process enhancement variation reduction cycle time reduction and cost savings
  • - Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • - Demonstrate urgency strong attention to detail and effective teamwork skills

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026 subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role dedicated to the PSS business will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

MUST HAVE

  • - Associate degree technical college diploma or bachelors degree in engineering
  • - Minimum of 1 year experience with mobility devices and general network knowledge
  • - At least 1 year experience using Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and internet browsers
  • - Valid drivers license
  • - Proficiency in installing software configuring and troubleshooting iOS and Android devices
