Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Professional to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The Service Professional will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform service calls and maintenance on mechanical electrical and plumbing systems

- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with systems and equipment

- Coordinate with clients to schedule service appointments and communicate updates

- Create and maintain detailed service reports and documentation

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service or maintenance role

- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
