Service Porter

Watermark Autois seeking a reliable and motivated Service Porter to join our service department team. The Service Porter plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting customers supporting technicians and keeping the service area organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly professional manner
• Move park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas
• Perform light cleaning and detailing of vehicles as needed
• Assist service advisors and technicians with daily tasks
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and report any visible damage
• Deliver vehicles or parts as requested by management

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable punctual and able to follow instructions
• Previous automotive or porter experience a plus but not required
