Service Order Dispatcher

Summary/Objective: LOGZONE is seeking a Service Order Dispatcher for a federal building in Indianapolis IN. This position services a federally-owned building (167000 SF) and childcare center (11500 SF) spanning 3 floors.

Essential Functions:

• Provide support of the governments day-to-day administrative operations with any and all necessary or requested duties assuming priority over any contractor related support services
• Handle communication and dispatch for various services (custodial and elevator included) complaints and inquiries from tenants located at facilities
• Utilization of Consolidated Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for data management and reporting
• Other duties may include: parking pass assignment and distribution conference room scheduling data analysis writing correspondence and program access cards
