Job Overview

The Service Operations Scheduler is responsible for matching technician resources with specific customer requirements and ensuring the seamless execution of Data Center (DC) service activities. This role requires a thorough understanding of technician availability and project timelines coordinating resources to guarantee continuous onsite coverage for startup commissioning warranty and repair tasks at DC sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Match technician resources with customer requirements to support DC service execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technician availability and coordinate assignments for all DC service activities.
• Ensure continuous onsite coverage by allocating DC technicians to projects based on timelines and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with HR business partners area managers and service managers to gather input on technician availability identify capacity constraints or excess and communicate findings to the DC national leader.
• Work closely with DC project managers service managers and foremen to keep the master schedule updated with travel time-off and training information.
• Publish daily updates on technician resource availability schedules and requirements.
• Build and communicate travel packages and logistics for DC technicians.
• Book DC technicians travel arrangements and manage expense reports as required

• Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in scheduling operations or project coordination; Associates Degree with 4 years of experience in scheduling operations or project coordination or a High School Diploma or GED and 6 years experience in scheduling operations or project coordination.

• Experience supporting teams or working within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word.
