Job Overview
The Service Operations Scheduler is responsible for matching technician resources with specific customer requirements and ensuring the seamless execution of Data Center (DC) service activities. This role requires a thorough understanding of technician availability and project timelines coordinating resources to guarantee continuous onsite coverage for startup commissioning warranty and repair tasks at DC sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Match technician resources with customer requirements to support DC service execution.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technician availability and coordinate assignments for all DC service activities.
- Ensure continuous onsite coverage by allocating DC technicians to projects based on timelines and staffing needs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners area managers and service managers to gather input on technician availability identify capacity constraints or excess and communicate findings to the DC national leader.
- Work closely with DC project managers service managers and foremen to keep the master schedule updated with travel time-off and training information.
- Publish daily updates on technician resource availability schedules and requirements.
- Build and communicate travel packages and logistics for DC technicians.
- Book DC technicians travel arrangements and manage expense reports as required
- Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in scheduling operations or project coordination; Associates Degree with 4 years of experience in scheduling operations or project coordination or a High School Diploma or GED and 6 years experience in scheduling operations or project coordination.
- Experience supporting teams or working within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Word.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $64500.00 - $129500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include but are not limited to skills education experience and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements.Benefits
