We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solution architecture platform governance integrations and enterprise workflow automation.

Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions
- Establish and enforce platform governance standards and best practices
- Lead complex platform development integrations and workflow automation initiatives
- Define integration strategies across enterprise systems including Azure Jira and Microsoft Teams
- Provide architectural oversight for platform enhancements and modernization efforts
- Support production issues through troubleshooting incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to drive platform strategy and roadmap
- Recommend innovative platform improvements and automation opportunities
- Assist with reporting analytics and operational improvements
