Service Manager

S & L Motors Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team just west of Green Bay at Hwy 29/32. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of our service department ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills a passion for customer service and the ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage daily operations of the service department ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Supervise train and mentor service staff to maintain high performance and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize customer experience and resolve any service issues.
• Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer relations addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and manage the department budget and financial reports.

• Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make sound business decisions.
• Knowledge of automotive service procedures and standards.
• Proficient in using service management software and tools.
• Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience is favorable.
