Job Summary
An experienced Service Manager is required in Ashville NC. 5 Years in residential or commercial HVAC is required along with previous leadership experience. Must posses a valid H2 or H3 license. Build a top tier team to make a direct impact on the bottom line and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
$95000 - $125000/year
Up to 25% bonus

Requirements:
- Current HVAC H2 or H3 License.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- EPA Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership supervisory or management experience.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- Geothermal HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience using Service Titan or similar field service management software.
- Experience with Lytx fleet safety and camera systems.
- Experience managing KPI-driven service organizations.
