• Manage and coordinate service department activities to meet customer and company goals.

• Implement and enforce company policies safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Proven experience in service management or a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of auto repair maintenance and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
