Service Lead

MP Contract Flooring is a full-service flooring installation company serving new home builders and were looking for an organized motivated Service Lead to join our team!

If youre someone who loves solving problems staying organized communicating with people and getting things DONE this could be the opportunity for you!

• Coordinate with builders homeowners installers and coworkers to resolve service issues
• Schedule installers and service appointments
• Track service orders from request through completion
• Monitor orders and material status
• Keep builders and homeowners updated
• Review and approve installer invoices
• Handle invoicing and order entry
• Manage service activity using HeyPros and other industry software
• Follow up on open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

• Highly organized with excellent follow-through
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Confident working with numbers invoices and order information
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• A dependable team player who takes ownership and solves problems

Experience in flooring construction homebuilding scheduling installation coordination operations or customer service is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $20-$23/hr
