Service Lane Driver

LeValley Chevrolet GMC Inc is seeking a dependable and motivated Service Lane Driver to join our team in Benton Harbor this role you will ensure the smooth and efficient movement of vehicles within our service lane provide excellent customer service support the overall service department operations and drive the service shuttle to transport customers as needed. We offer flexible hours making this position ideal for someone who wants to work a few days a week or more allowing for a work schedule that fits your lifestyle.

• Transport vehicles safely to and from the service areas wash bays and customer parking areas.
• Drive the service shuttle to transport customers to and from the dealership and nearby locations.
• Assist technicians and service advisors by moving vehicles as needed to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and surrounding areas.
• Communicate effectively with service personnel and customers to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Perform vehicle checks and report any noticeable issues or damages to the service team.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies related to vehicle handling shuttle driving and customer service.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
