Service Drive Porter

Tooele Motor Company is looking for a friendly dependable and customer-focused Service Drive Porter to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people staying active throughout the day and being an important part of delivering an outstanding dealership experience.

As a Service Drive Porter youll be one of the first people our guests meet. Your professionalism positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while supporting our Service Advisors and Technicians.

• Greet service guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Welcome customers and assist with directing them upon arrival
• Safely move customer vehicles between the service drive parking areas and service department
• Maintain an organized efficient and professional service drive
• Keep the service drive customer waiting areas and parking lots clean and presentable
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with daily operations
• Shuttle customer and dealership vehicles as needed
• Perform vehicle inspections for cleanliness and damage when appropriate
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction
• Support the dealership team wherever needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience

• Previous customer service or automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable punctual and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand walk and move vehicles throughout the day
• Ability to safely operate automatic transmission vehicles (manual transmission experience is a plus)
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
