Service Design Consultant

Stella Contracting Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Design Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Service Design Consultant you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the service delivery process for our clients. This is an on-site position based at our company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current service delivery processes and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery

- Create and maintain service design documentation including process maps user journeys and service blueprints

- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform service design decisions

- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new service design processes

- Monitor and track the effectiveness of service design changes and make adjustments as needed

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service design to continuously improve our processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Service Design Business Administration or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service design process improvement or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Proficiency in service design tools and software

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively

- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
