Join the team at Peter Boulware Lexus in Tallahassee FL as a key member of our Service Department Custodial Maintenance this role you will ensure that all service areas customer spaces and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety contributing to an exceptional customer experience and a productive work environment.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the service department including floors workstations restrooms and common areas.
• Ensure all waste is properly disposed of and recycling protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies reporting any malfunctions or shortages.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down workspaces as needed for service events or special projects.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.

• Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
