Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in Infrastructure Operations and AWS Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end service delivery client relationships operational governance and ensuring SLA/KPI compliance. Experience working with large implementation partners such as HCLTech Infosys TCS Wipro Cognizant or Accenture is highly preferred.

Required Skills:

• 8 years of IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery experience
• Strong experience managing Infrastructure Operations (Servers Network Storage Data Center End User Services)
• Hands-on exposure to AWS Cloud environments and cloud operations
• Expertise in ITIL processes Incident Problem and Change Management
• Experience managing SLAs KPIs escalations and client governance
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience leading onsite/offshore delivery teams
• Background working with large implementation partners (HCLTech Infosys TCS Wipro Cognizant Accenture etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Preferred:

• AWS Certification
• ITIL Certification
• Experience in cloud migration and infrastructure transformation programs
