Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight guidance and resolution for the operational processes in Service Now.
- Interfaces with multiple levels of support with the goal of ticket resolution.
- Follows documentation and process improvements for areas of functional support with an emphasis on customer excellence and process improvement.
- Focuses on metrics for ticket resolution for ongoing distribution and resolution status.
- Provides additional duties as assigned.
