We are growing and looking for a new CSR / Dispatcher / Admin who has the right skillset and attitude to become the newest member of our team.
Job Duties:
- Work closely w/ GM division managers and field technicians on daily admin issues.
- Act as front-line company representative for all incoming calls.
- Coordinate and schedule jobs for technicians across HVAC and fireplace divisions using the Field Edge CRM system.
- Perform limited AP and AR responsibilities including bill payment receivables management and incoming payment processing.
- Communicate occasionally with suppliers and vendors.
- Communicate frequently w/ division managers and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor fleet activities via GPS to ensure that technicians are practicing safe driving and on schedule for appointments.
- Practice excellent customer service skills to maintain our industry-leading online presence.
- This position requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous CRM and/or dispatching experience is required.
- Previous experience in a service company (HVAC plumbing electrical) a must.
- Familiarity w/ Service Titan CRM platform is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.
- Ability to interact with employees customers suppliers and vendors.
- Ability to multi-task a must.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
