What were looking for:
We are in search of a self-motivated individual to join our fast growing and dynamic team.
What youll be doing:
The responsibilities of this position will vary greatly but primarily focus on the coordination of processing activities for the Service Department. As such the candidate will be required to share in the on-call rotation for the fielding of after-hours service requests from clients as well as field and direct inbound calls during business hours.
This position is one we hold in high regard in order to provide the level of service excellence our customers expect and deserve. Specific duties to include:
- Scheduling Technicians and Sub-Contractors
- Scheduling Service Calls
Scheduling Site Inspections & Preventative Maintenance Calls
- Providedetailed weekly service reportsas required by Clients
Tracking service calls and technician productivity
Processing RMAs for service parts & repairs
- Ability to pass background check for state security licensing requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree orexperience
- Serviceor Operationalexperience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.

- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers and to those within the company
- Mustpossessa positive attitude and be willing to interact with customer co-workers and other personnelat all times
