Service Coordinator

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Handle a high volume of inbound service calls and internet inquiries
• Set confirm and maximize service appointments
• Make outbound calls daily (no exceptions) for follow ups missed appointments and service campaigns
• Re-engage past clients and drive service retention
• Work closely with service advisors to ensure appointments show and convert
• Track performance and hit daily/weekly/monthlyKPIs

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong phone presence and confidence closing appointments
• BDC call center sales or automotive experience preferred
• Competitive mindset with a drive to win
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Organized consistent and goal oriented
