Skills you bring for success:

You receive joy and satisfactions through taking care of others
Ability to establish rapport with your customers

2 years of customer service experience preferably in a fast paced environment

Strong ability to multi-task and be able to learn new skills

Willing to provide honest feedback so Daves may better serve our customer and our teammates

Manage your customers experience to create Customers for Life
Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
Participate actively and positively in all training exercises and team meetings
Work across teams to ensure everyone delivers a Memorable Service Experience
Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
The ability to quickly learn software/programs as we use the best technology available
HVAC and Service Titan experience a plus
