Job Summary

FaganseeksaService ContractsCoordinatorwith financialacumentobe responsiblefororganizingtasks to ensurecustomermaintenance contracts are completedon time and above customerexpectation.Tasks include contract review schedule creation and monitoring QA reviews of documentation and financialreporting of contract value and performance.This is not a customer-facingrole;howeverthisposition will need to develop andmaintainpositive relationships with all existing internal and externalstakeholders includingotherService CoordinatorsTechnicians and Senior Leadership.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • OverseePreventative Maintenance Contract processonce secured by sales teamincludingorganizingcontract documentsscheduling workensuring completionreviewingdocumentsand financial performance ofcontractsand preparing documents for customer billing
  • Assistas necessarythe dispatching oftechniciansto supporttheexecutionofpreventative maintenancecontracts.
  • Maintainexisting local data filingsystemsand processes.
  • Securepartsandmaterialsnecessary forwork completion.
  • Assemble all documentation and invoicesrequiredand review for quality and accuracy in support oftimelybilling of customersfor completed work.
  • Generate review andsendapplicable reports tothe applicableAccount Managers.
  • Reviewtechniciansnotes for accuracy and completiononwork assignments.
  • Review overall revenue and costs of each contract and customer ensuringquality service for customers and positive revenue generation for the Company.Review these findings with Account Managers and Leadership.
  • Review customer equipment lists withAccount Managers for each customer toidentifyequipment which may need to be replaced.
  • Identify contract renewal timeframesand potentialcost increaseor potentialsavings.Work with Account Managers to supportinformation requestsas they secureupdatedor renewedcontracts.
  • Perform anyadditionaldutiesassigned bythe Manager including tasks outside of thisscope as needed to support the overall success of the company.
