Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading directing and overseeing employees at the service center.
Manages the Service Centers hiring process by selecting the best qualified applicants for office staffing and driver staffing.
Measuring setting and driving company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Responsible for monitoring and meeting profit and loss goals.
Training and development of drivers and operations staff.
Provides a safe and efficient working environment for employees.
Communicate timely and effectively with internal and external customers.
Directs service centers transportation activities to maintain efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitors operational metrics throughout service center and ensures all local federal and state regulations are met.
Ensure operations align with company policies and procedures.
Collaborates with safety and HR departments on all compliance and disciplinary matters.
Advocate and maintain commitment to safety.
Work jointly with Maintenance and Equipment Cleaning functions for the Service Center and third-party vendors.
Perform all other duties as specified.
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
3 years of supervisory experience required.
High school diploma or equivalency required.
5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Transportation maintenance and/or equipment cleaning experience preferred.
Tenure and experience at Highway Transport may be considered in lieu of position requirements
Must possess a valid drivers license and personal liability insurance coverage at or above the legal state of residence minimum requirements

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
Occasional travel as needed.
Majority of time will be spent in an office environment.
After hours and weekend work as needed.
