Service Cashier

Join PatriotCDJR Pryor as a Service Cashier and become an essential part of our team in Pryor this role you will be responsible for handling customer transactions with accuracy and providing excellent customer service to support our service department operations. You will work directly with customers service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process contributing to a positive service experience.

• Process service invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash credit and other payment transactions securely.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding their service charges and payments.
• Assist service advisors by managing work orders and updating payment status.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Keep the cashier area orderly and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with accounting for transaction reconciliation and reporting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
