We are seeking a BusinessDevelopment Driver for our Service Department for Indiana. This role is responsible for generating revenue growth byidentifying developing and closing new business opportunities for thecompanys service offerings. This customer-facing role builds strongrelationships with prospective and existing clients uncovers service needsdevelops tailored solutions and collaborates with internal teams to deliverproposals pricing and execution plans.

The ideal candidateis a proactive relationship-driven sales professional with strong businessacumen presentation skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline fromprospecting through contract negotiation and handoff to service delivery.

EssentialResponsibilities

  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities for the companys service-based offerings.
  • Consistently prospect for new customers within assigned company territories.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with prospective customers existing clients and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs challenges goals and service requirements.
  • Align customer needs with company service capabilities and develop customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations proposals pricing and service recommendations.
  • Partner with service delivery and internal operations teams to confirm solution feasibility pricing timelines and implementation requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms pricing and service-level agreements.
  • Manage business development activities opportunities and pipeline performance using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed established sales revenue and business-growth goals.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows networking functions customer meetings and other business-development activities.
  • Meet deadlines for customer needs proposals follow-up activities reporting and administrative responsibilities.
  • Provide project- and customer-related direction as needed; this position does not have direct personnel supervisory responsibility.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED; equivalent combinations of education training and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Four to five years of related business development sales account management service sales or industry experience.
  • Experience developing proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to analyze service performance data and translate findings into business opportunities.
  • Strong communication presentation negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to independently manage priorities deadlines customer activity and a sales pipeline.
  • Valid drivers license.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing communications or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in business development service sales account management or a related industry.
  • Experience using P21 and Salesforce or similar CRM and business-management platforms.
  • Understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Experience working collaboratively with operations or service-delivery teams to develop customer solutions.

Work Environment andSchedule

This is a full-timeposition generally working Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 evening or weekend work may be required based on customer needsevents or business demands.

The role isprimarily based in a standard office environment and includes regular use of acomputer phone and typical office equipment. The position also requirestravel to customer sites and other company locations during normal businesshours. Overnight travel is rarely expected.

PhysicalRequirements

The employee must beable to communicate effectively including regularly talking and hearing. Therole may require periods of standing walking and mobility throughout companyfacilities and customer locations as well as extended periods of sitting andworking at a computer workstation. Visual requirements include close anddistance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and theability to adjust focus.
