We are looking for a motivated person with exceptional communication and time management skills. You will be assisting the Service Department in coordinating appointments and helping customers have an excellent experience. T

What You Will Do:

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule maintenance appointments.
• Make outbound calls for maintenance reminders recall notices and special promotions.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth welcoming drop-off experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position (Customer service call center administrative etc.)
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a Plus!
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong computer and internet skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual is a Plus
