Reports to: Concessions Manager or Restaurant Manager
Primary Purpose: Responsible for the efficient set-up maintenance operation and close-down of
assigned bar.

Responsibilities:

• Takes prepares and distributes beverage orders to Wait Staff.
• Tracks all inventory activity and balances usage value to receipts.
• Set-up and close-down assigned work station.
• Orders additional inventory from commissary.
• Cleans and maintains work area in appropriate manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification: Minimum 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred. TABC certified required.
Work Experience: 1-year prior experience in food and beverage position preferred.
