As the first point of contact for many of our service customers youll play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Youll answer inbound calls schedule appointments follow up with customers and help keep our service department running efficiently.

• Answer incoming service calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments while maximizing shop capacity.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
• Respond promptly to online service requests text messages and emails.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Contact customers regarding declined services maintenance reminders and overdue maintenance.
• Assist with manufacturer service campaigns and recall outreach.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and scheduling software.
• Help achieve department appointment show rate and customer satisfaction goals.

• Positive professional attitude.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Previous customer service call center hospitality retail or automotive experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
