Service Advisor

Modern Chevrolet Winston-Salem is looking for a top-performing Service Advisorto join the team. Must have a verifiable track record of exceptional performance in the service lane. Compensation exceeds/ or is competitive with most Service Advisor pay in the market.

Joining Modern Chevrolet of Winston-Salem means you are joining the top selling Chevrolet dealer in the entire state of North Carolina and the most dynamic automotive group in the Triad.

• Greet customers in a timely friendly manner
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to manufacturers specifications
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in an automotive service dealership preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to occasionally to lift up to 70 lbs.
