Service Advisor – Team Mancuso Powersports North

Team Mancuso Powersports North is hiring a Service Advisor to join our great team. The Service Advisor is responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed services to customers.

What Youll Do:

• Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements
• Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed

What Were Looking For:

• Two years experience in dealership position
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Great customer service skills 
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and strong communication skills 
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook
