Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department helping ensure an exceptional ownership experience while maximizing service department performance.

• Greet customers and promptly assist with their service needs
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle repairs
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations
• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery
• Build long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention
• Meet and exceed performance goals for sales CSI and productivity

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to build trust and create exceptional customer experiences
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
• CDK experience is a plus
