Service Advisor

Richfield Bloomington Honda located in Richfield MN is currently seeking business professionals with a positive attitude strong work ethic and desire to be part of a growing team. Schedule may include days evenings and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers as they arrive in the service lane listen to their concerns and assess their service needs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and consult service records to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.
• Explain recommended services to customers including the importance of maintenance tasks and any potential safety or performance benefits.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as fluid flushes tire rotations or filter replacements based on vehicle condition and maintenance history.
• Keep customers informed of service progress delays or additional recommendations throughout the service process.
• Work closely with service technicians service managers and other team members to ensure smooth service operations and exceptional customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Team oriented
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment
• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Pre-employment background check pre-employment drug test and driving record check will be required
