• Greet customers and get them checked in quickly and efficiently for Express Maintenance services
• Write up service orders accurately explaining recommended maintenance in clear honest terms
• Communicate with technicians to keep jobs moving and customers informed
• Build relationships that keep customers coming back
• Help keep the Express Maintenance lane running smoothly and on time

• Some experience in a service writer advisor or automotive customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Someone organized dependable and ready to grow with us
• A positive team player attitude matters as much as experience
