Clinton Township is seeking an experienced automotive service advisor to join our winning team due to increased business. Moran is a top volume dealer group and has a large clientele. If you are a proven performer we should talk.

What Youll Do:

• Greet customers schedule and manage repair appointments for customers
• Process repair orders and accurately document customers concerns
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide accurate repair cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and advise on additional recommended work
• Explain completed repairs review costs and suggest future maintenance
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Understanding of automotive repair and service processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Honest dependable and reliable team player
