Service Advisor

Vandergriff Chevrolet is looking for a motivated customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers while maximizing service department performance we want to meet you!

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated
• Ensure timely completion of work and deliver vehicles with care
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but open to strong customer service backgrounds)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid drivers license

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred (not required for strong candidates with customer service or sales backgrounds)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment

• Valid drivers license required
