Job Title:Service Account CoordinatorScope of Work:The Service Account Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of the organization/department. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts acting as a primary point of contact. The role involves providing customer support upselling technical assistance and general relationship management. The Service Account Coordinator reports directly to the Service :Serve as the primary business contact for all service the overall and ongoing business relationship with customers through proactive open responsive and collaborative account customer support upselling and technical out special projects as Requirements:Education: High school graduate holder of G.E.D. or equivalent studies/ experience. College degree : Strong administrative organizational computer customer service and communication skills. Previous experience preferred.
