Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Account Coordinator to support customer relationships service requests follow-ups and daily account activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with customers coordinating details solving routine concerns and developing valuable account management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate service information clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain organized customer and account information.
  • Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate solutions.
  • Support customer satisfaction and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Communicate updates and relevant information to customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding requests and opportunities.
  • Assist with customer retention and engagement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
  • Communicate customer feedback and account concerns to team members.
  • Coordinate with colleagues to help ensure timely customer support.
  • Assist with promotional and customer outreach initiatives when needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
