Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking a Service Account Assistant to support client account operations and help maintain positive customer relationships. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are organized detail-oriented and enjoy working with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

The Service Account Assistant will assist with account coordination customer communications scheduling documentation and administrative tasks that support ongoing client service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day account administration and client support activities
• Maintain accurate client records account information and service documentation
• Coordinate appointments meetings and follow-up communications
• Monitor account activity and update internal systems as needed
• Prepare reports correspondence and account-related documents
• Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and service requests
• Support onboarding activities and account maintenance processes
• Track customer interactions and ensure records remain current and organized
• Provide general administrative support to account management and customer service teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or related coursework preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
