WHAT OUR SERVERS DO

Our Servers provide efficient and friendly service to Guests ensuring a positive dining experience.Youlltake orders deliver food and beverages andmaintainhigh standardsof cleanliness and professionalism.

A SERVERS DAY-TO-DAY

• Welcome Guests and ensure they are comfortable.
• Engage with Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly.
• Provide menu knowledge make recommendations and upsell whenappropriate.
• Adhere to state liquor laws and park policies when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure proper cash handlingin accordance withcompany policy.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks tomaintaina clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support food and beverage operations.

WHAT IT TAKES

• Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state liquor laws).
• Strong communicationand customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass TIPs training and Food Handlers training within30 daysof hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).
• Preferred:Previousserving or hospitality experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment whereyoullwalk bend and stand for extended periods and may lift objects with someassistance.Youllwork outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.

The pay rate for this position is $16.90.
