Server Part-Time

Our restaurant is looking for a hospitality professional with a passion for the art of presentation to join our team as a Fine Dining Server. Our ideal candidate is a well-spoken individual who is knowledgeable about both our style and our we do not require you to have experience with our POS system all applicants must have prior experience in food service preferably in a fine dining environment.

Title: Server

Location: Oxnard CA

Schedule/Hours:Part-time - Sunday Wednesday and Thursday 11:00 - 8:30 PM (flexible)

Compensation: $16.90per hour tip pooling

WhatYoullDo:

• Serversare responsible forthe services and enjoyment of the guests

• Monitor andobserveguests dining experiences. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests

• Mustdemonstratea willingness to increase menu and wine knowledge hold peers to this standard and expand fine dining skillsets to elevate guest serviceon a daily basis

• Answer questionsregardingour food beverages and other restaurant functions and services

• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy

• Perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork

• Perform opening and closing procedures

• Assistwithspecial events

• Perform other assigned duties with the highest quality of standards

WhatYoullNeed to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Must have a friendly and courteous attitude toward guests.

• Previousfine dining waiting experienceispreferred.

• Must have a willingness toassistothers throughout the shift and foster a team environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequent bending stooping squatting and reaching

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds safely

• Comfortable working in a high-energy sometimes stressful environment
