Who were looking for.

As a Server you will have the opportunity to guide our Guests through a Famous BBQ experience and ensure they receive the highest level of Smokin HosPIGtality. Of course Famous Daves expects you to be punctual to support your fellow Team Members when we are smokin busy and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to bussing tables cleaning workstations expediting orders and running food.

Education:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Experience:

• Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred

Skills/Competencies/Certifications:

• Reading writing basic math and effective communication skills required
• English language and professional communications skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Must have problem solving abilities be self-motivated and organized
• Commitment to quality service combined with a high level of food and beverage knowledge
• Capable of handling multiple priorities working under stress and exercising good judgment
• Demonstrates the ability and has an eagerness to take care of every guest every time!
