Server Assistant

Craguns Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for energetic and reliable individuals like you to join our supportive and welcoming team in a Server Assistant role! This job is perfect for the person who is interested in Serving but not quite ready to take that next step. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting servers by refilling beverages clearing plates and resetting tables ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Delivering food to guests promptly and accurately always with a warm and positive attitude.
• Supporting your teammates during busy times to maintain a friendly and efficient atmosphere.
• Providing attentive and caring service to everyoneboth guests and coworkers.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Someone who can stay calm and efficient even during peak hours.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
• A multitasker who can keep up the pace while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• A desire to learn and grow helping both your teammates and managers along the way.
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but what matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to be part of our team.
