The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for individuals to join the Sensitive Activities Planning team on an upcoming program that will deliver mission-critical advisory training and operational support services that help mission partners stay ahead of rapidly evolving global threats. Working across geographic and functional combatant commands these professionals play a vital role in developing integrating and sustaining mission-ready task forces that enhance joint force effectiveness and operational success.

Positions are contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans coordinates and synchronizes sensitive activities in support of campaignobjectives commanders intent and operational or strategic guidance

  • Develops sensitive activity concepts of operation annexes and planning products; includes concepts integrating Irregular Warfare OIE Counterintelligence HUMINT Special Reconnaissance (SR) compartmented planning/capabilities (ACCM SAP STO) and other specialized activities or operations

  • Facilitates senior-level meetings briefings planning sessions and operational working groups to enable decision-making and mission integration

  • Ensure adherence to information protection compartmentation access control and security requirements throughout planning and execution

  • Develop and assess measures of performance and effectiveness to evaluate sensitive activity outcomes and inform strategic decision-making

  • Coordinates with Intelligence Community DoD interagency allied partner and industry stakeholders to ensure de-confliction unity of effort oversight compliance and capability alignment

  • Produces quality briefs recommendations and documentation supporting sensitive activities governance oversight and execution

  • Performs network or nodal analysisleveragingdiverse intelligenceinformationand data sources to inform operational targeting and mission planning

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS clearance w/ SCI eligibility; must also be able and willing toobtain polygraph

  • Bachelors degree in Strategic Communications International Relations Political Science Psychology Behavioral Science MilitaryScienceor another relevant field of study

  • 5 years of experience planning coordinating and synchronizing sensitive activities IW OIE CI HUMINT and/or compartmented military or IC activities (e.g.IJISTO SAP ACCM etc.)

  • 3 years of experience working in a J3X J2X STO/SAP planning cell Joint Targeting cell or similar organization

  • 7 yearsof demonstratedexperience with military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP) military decision-making process joint targeting process and/or military campaign planning

  • Demonstrated experience briefing or delivering written operational concepts to executive/senior-level (GO/FO/SES) decision makers

Desired:

  • Already active TS/SCI with polygraph

  • Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines capabilities limitations and platforms and relevant Intelligence Community Directives

  • Experience or knowledge of HUMINT and CI Operations and application and associated authorities

  • 7 years experience coordinating compartmented or sensitive operational activity with the IC Interagency Allies and/or Partners

  • Graduate of one or more of the following: STO Planners Course Advanced Special Operations Managers Course MILDEC Planners Course PSYOP Qualification Course Source Operations Course (HUMINT) Special Operations Forces Network Development Course a US Government CounterintelligenceBadgeand Credential producing course
