• Design and evolve backend architecture powering AI-driven healthcare products
• Build scalable distributed systems supporting Ambient AI workflows
• Develop high-performance backend services using Python Go FastAPI Flask and related technologies
• Lead technical planning and execution for critical platform initiatives
• Design systems capable of operating reliably at large scale
• Build APIs and backend infrastructure supporting clinical workflows

• Improve reliability scalability and performance across the platform

• 515 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend engineering experience
• Experience building distributed systems in production
• Experience working at high-growth startups or technology scale-ups
• Strong Python engineering experience
• Experience designing and scaling backend services
• Strong system design and architecture fundamentals
• Experience building cloud-native applications
• AWS infrastructure experience
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience operating systems at meaningful scale
• Strong understanding of performance reliability and scalability
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives
• Experience mentoring engineers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
• Ability to drive projects end-to-end
• Customer-facing or stakeholder-facing experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare fintech or other regulated industries is highly preferred
