These initiatives are dedicated to promoting wellbeing for communities and the planAbout the role:Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader and joining a collaborative Talent Acquisition team the Lead Recruiter will serve as the Talent Acquisition subject matter expert for the U.S. this individual contributor role you will lead full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of functions including Product Technology Creative Content Finance Corporate and executive hiring. You will also support specialized recruiting for the CEOs Family Office including both professional and domestic staffing a strategic Talent Acquisition partner you will collaborate closely with Business Unit Leaders to understand workforce priorities develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract and hire exceptional talent in a highly competitive market. You will leverage data market intelligence and talent insights to influence hiring decisions build proactive talent pipelines and continuously improve recruiting role requires a consultative solutions-oriented recruiter who is passionate about creating an outstanding candidate experience while serving as a brand ambassador for Roundglasss mission of holistic Youll Do:Strategic Talent PartnershipServe as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to Business Unit Leaders providing guidance on workforce planning hiring priorities competitive market trends compensation insights and recruiting best with business leaders to develop customized recruiting strategies that align with business objectives and proactively address current and future talent long-term talent pipelining strategies for critical and leadership positions across the -Cycle RecruitingLead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of U.S.-based positions ranging from intern to executive-level roles across Product Technology Creative Content Finance Corporate and other business recruiting for the CEOs Family Office including professional and domestic staffing screen interview assess coordinate interviews conduct reference checks and manage offer negotiations through successful an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication transparency and professionalism throughout the hiring Sourcing & Market IntelligenceDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter networking referrals talent communities market mapping and direct the competitive talent landscape labor market trends and industry hiring practices to inform recruiting strategies and advise business and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current hiring needs and future workforce partnerships with universities professional associations community organizations and external talent networks to expand candidate Roundglass at career fairs networking events and employer branding Excellence & Process ImprovementLead recruitment kickoff meetings interview calibration sessions and hiring debriefs to align stakeholders and improve hiring recruiting metrics pipeline health sourcing effectiveness and market data to recommend improvements and optimize recruiting technology automation and process improvements throughout the recruitment lifecycle to enhance efficiency candidate experience and hiring in Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives process redesign and continuous improvement accurate recruiting data and ensure compliance with employment laws company policies and recruiting best & Qualifications:Basic QualificationsBachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.7 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience supporting U.S.-based hiring across multiple business success recruiting across technical product creative corporate finance and executive-level ability to influence hiring decisions through data market intelligence and consultative serving as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to business leaders influencing hiring decisions through workforce planning market intelligence and strategic recruiting expertise in developing innovative sourcing strategies and building proactive talent pipelines in competitive understanding of the U.S. talent market employment practices and recruiting best using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics labor market data and hiring trends to drive business interviewing stakeholder management negotiation and relationship-building verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches QualificationsExperience recruiting within high-growth startup or rapidly scaling supporting executive and confidential recruiting for Family Office or private executive conducting talent mapping competitive intelligence and workforce using recruiting analytics and market intelligence tools to improve hiring leading recruiting process improvements automation initiatives or ATS for wellbeing innovation and creating an inclusive candidate & Benefits:The anticipated salary range for this position is $85000-$100000. Compensation offered will be determined by level job-related knowledge skills and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary benefits may include: 120 hours PTO to start (increases with tenure) 9 paid federal holidays 1 floating holiday bereavement (up to 3 days) jury duty (up to 2 days) medical/dental/vision (PPO/HSA with employer contribution) EAP (Standard) pet insurance employer-paid basic life/STD/LTD and a 401(k) with employer match up to $5000/year.
