Play a leading role in ensuring all major sporting competitions and entertainment events are staffed
Utilise your strategic and forward thinking to develop an effective scheduling process
Develop strong relationships with a dedicated team of operational professionals to ensure an excellent overall guest experience
THE POSITION
Implement and maintain standard processes and procedures to deliver best practice for both casual pool employees and operations
Develop train and coach the team.
Develop and maintain a standardised onboarding process to set all new employees up for success
Conduct regular sessions with the CGA People Services team to ensure continuous improvement with Deputy and / or other people systems
Assist the PMO with ongoing reporting needs
Support on-going training and development initiatives such as open days site-based training and ongoing cross-skilling
THE PERSON
Minimum 5 years experience within the Hospitality industry or Scheduling experience
Client/Stakeholder management
Highly developed administration skills
Experience with workforce management software and tools (Deputy knowledge desirable).
Experience with high volume recruitment to handle the large seasonal demands
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to the highest levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage time effectively with often competing with rapidly changing priorities whilst ensuring quality outcomes.
