Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting and Core HCM Consultant with proven expertise in designing configuring implementing and supporting Workday Recruiting and Core Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess active Workday certifications multiple end-to-end Workday implementation experiences and deep functional knowledge of recruiting talent acquisition staffing business processes organizational structures and employee lifecycle management. The consultant will partner with HR Talent Acquisition HR Operations and business stakeholders to drive process improvements optimize Workday functionality and deliver scalable global solutions.


Required Qualifications

Active Workday Recruiting Certification
Active Workday Core HCM Certification
5 years of Workday functional consulting experience
Participation in 3 or more full lifecycle Workday implementations
Experience with global Workday deployments
Strong understanding of Workday security business processes reporting and integrations
Proven experience leading client workshops design sessions testing and deployments
Bachelors degree in human resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field

Analyze recruiting process gaps and recommend best-practice solutions.
Support recruiting-related integrations and third-party vendor solutions.

Support workforce lifecycle events:

Partner with HR and HR Operations teams to ensure data quality and governance.
Configure localization requirements and country-specific functionality.
Support organization changes and workforce restructuring initiatives.

Solution Design & Implementation
Conduct discovery workshops and business process reviews.
Gather and document business requirements.
Create:
o Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
o Configuration Workbooks
o Test Scripts
o Training Materials
Lead configuration and tenant build activities.
Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
