Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end from infrastructure business need identification through successful delivery and closure.
- Develop Wifi project charters define scope and build detailed project plans and schedules.
- Manage budgets timelines scope and stakeholder communications to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues; escalate when necessary.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including executives.
- Manage scope changes through established change control processes.
- Evaluate technology solutions against business and technical requirements.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects without compromisingquality or standards.
- Ensure deliverables meet customer and organizational expectations.
- Identify process improvements and recommend best practices policies and standards.
- Create and maintain project reporting including visual documentation such as process flows and diagrams.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of IT or related technical experience (e.g. Infrastructure networking engineering software development).
- 3-5 years of Infrastructure and Wifi project management experience including at least 3 years leading Wifi technology projects.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile Waterfall MS Project SharePoint).
- Experience with infrastructure technologies including networking WiFi servers storage telephony and end-user systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure Google Cloud or Alibaba Cloud.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI SOX MICS).
- PMP ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration (if required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
